Are you gearing up for the holidays like I am? Around here, I'm experimenting with some new festive flavors - a peppermint chocolate cupcake with a peppermint swiss meringue buttercream as well as a delicious gingerbread cupcake with a latte mascarpone frosting.

I can't wait to put my trusty Kitchen Aid mixer to the test with new recipes this winter.
