There was a lot of experimentation this holiday in the kitchen - everything from candy to cookies to biscotti to brownies to cakes and fudge. I think I'll be scraping flour and sugar off the walls for months to come.
I'm looking forward to getting back to my cupcakes, without the interruption of sugar cookies and Christmas candy. Spring feels like it's right around the corner and even if it's not, I'm looking forward to trying out some new flavor combinations that reflect the upcoming season.
